The Shorecrest Boosters can't succeed without the help of our amazing community. We rely on volunteers to help run all of our events. We are looking for help with our barbecues at home football games, the gym concession stand, merchandise sales at sporting events and our pop-up merch shops throughout the year. Our next series of volunteer opportunities will be posted soon!
If you are new to helping with concessions, feel free to reach out to our Concessions Team for more information. They'll be happy to train you and answer any questions you may have.
For those helping with the food preparation, there is one extra step. We need everyone to complete Food Handler training. Complete the process online and you'll be certified for two years. If you are planning to help out this year, we encourage you to get your Food Handler Card now.
Email our Volunteer Coordinator if you need more information or have any questions about volunteering in general with the SC Boosters.
Vice President (Board)- This job is not as scary as it sounds, we promise! If you like working with amazing people who get their jobs done, and collaborating with them and staff to help create opportunities for the students of SC, this is the job for you! You will get to shadow the President in all of their activities... mostly in meetings and via email. We'd love your attendance at as many in-person events as possible, such as the Back to School BBQ, football games, 8th grade night, and the annual spring fundraiser. Not all are required but Boosters are encourage to attend to show support and spirit. This position is asked to attend monthly board meetings. If unable to attend, they'll need to send a board report. This can easily be done as a co-lead role if you find a partner you want to work with! The idea would be two VPs, or co-vice president, and then you would both lead the group in 2025-2026. Plenty of time to learn the ropes!
Fundraising Chair: Develops strategies and guides our fundraising efforts.
Annual Fund Coordinator: We would like to launch an Annual Campaign to take the pressure off of the Spring fundraiser.
Interested? Email Myrna Habermann, our current President.
