The Auction is the Boosters main fundraising event of the year. Working with a team of volunteers, the co-chairs:

• Work together to plan an evening of fundraising. 

• Procure the needed sponsors and items for the event.  

• An eye for details is an important skill for the co-chairs as well as an ability to delegate tasks. 

• Planning for the auction begins early in the Fall. The auction is typically held in late March/early April. 

The new Concessions Co-chair will work with an experienced teammate to:

• Purchase items for concessions.

• Ensure all adult volunteers are trained properly.

• Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to provide the adult volunteers who oversee the student workers in the concession stand. 

• Work with the Shorecrest ASB Secretary to make sure all dates are assigned to student groups.

The concession stand is open for all home volleyball, basketball and wrestling events.
