The main job of the VP is to learn the ropes from our current President.
No experience is necessary to take on this role.
An eagerness to learn and dive right in goes a long way.

The Auction is the Boosters main fundraising event of the year. Working with a team of volunteers, the co-chairs:
Work together to plan an evening of fundraising.
Procure the needed sponsors and items for the event.
An eye for details is an important skill for the co-chairs as well as an ability to delegate tasks.
Planning for the auction begins early in the Fall. The auction is typically held in late March/early April.
The Boosters BBQ Manager handles the logistics behind our Booster BBQs at home football games. Tasks include:
Purchasing necessary items and ingredients.
Communicating with the treasurer to ensure cash and other payment options are ready and available.
Training student volunteers at each BBQ.
As part of a team with the Newsletter Editor, our Communications Chair:
Handles the Boosters’ Instagram and Facebook pages.
Helps with the creation of flyers to be emailed by the school district.
When needed they assist the Newsletter Editor with their duties.
This job does require some flexibility and availability to create posts in a timely manner, and some experience with Canva is a plus.
The new Concessions Co-chair will work with an experienced teammate to:
Purchase items for concessions.
Ensure all adult volunteers are trained properly.
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator to provide the adult volunteers who oversee the student workers in the concession stand.
Work with the Shorecrest ASB Secretary to make sure all dates are assigned to student groups.
The concession stand is open for all home volleyball, basketball and wrestling events.
Our Membership Chair:
Encourage members of our community to officially become Boosters members.
Creates membership campaigns and incentives.
Works with the Treasurer for memberships to be sold using our fundraising platform.
Has plenty of room for creativity in this role and it is not time consuming.
