Just like a rocket booster helps astronauts reach new heights, the Shorecrest Boosters help our students have the best experiences during their high school journey. We support the extracurricular activities that make high school a truly memorable experience for students — sports, performing arts, clubs, and so much more — by providing grants that give these groups the extra boost we all sometimes need.

Become a VOLUNTEER! Volunteering is the best way to support the Boosters fundraising efforts. You can do this by helping cook at a barbecue, selling merchandise at games, working in our concession stand, or helping with our auction.

BECOME A BOOSTER BACKER! Contributions to become an official Booster Backer help us with our fundraising. In return, our Backers receive our monthly newsletter to help keep you informed of all that is happening at Shorecrest!

What do the Boosters do with the funds raised?

Through a grant writing process, student groups and teams complete an application requesting funds. After all applications have been received, our Grant Coordinator and the Executive Board review them and decide the most reasonable allocation of funds. Below is an illustration of our allocations. If you have further questions or want more detail, email our Treasurer and we will be happy to share.
